City Sand 2009

From noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, the Baltimore Architecture Foundation is having its annual competition at the Harborplace Amphitheater, in the Inner Harbor between Light and Pratt streets. Local architecture firms and engineering companies and everyday people will compete to win the best sand sculpture of the event. A panel of judges and the audience will choose the winner. The free event includes musical performances by The Only Two, Baltimore Islanders Steel Drum Band and the Key West Band. For more information, call 410-332-4191.
