George Washington parade

in Alexandria, VA

The nation's biggest parade to honor George Washington marches one mile through the streets of Old Town Alexandria with nearly 3,500 participants. This is the largest parade celebrating George Washington's birthday in the country with marching bands, historic re-enactment troops and more. 

Also, you can get free admission to several historic sites in the area.
